Automation, Calibirations And Validations

Automation

Our team of highly qualified process, We excel in designing and delivering FDA-compliant systems that meet the continuous process monitoring and automation requirements of API industries.

Calibirations

Instrument calibration is one of the processes used to maintain instrument accuracy, It's the process of configuring an instrument to provide a result for a sample within an acceptable range.

Validations

Validity refers to the extent to which an instrument measures what it was intended to measure. Therefore, an instrument is considered "valid" if it measured what it set out to measure.

Doors Inter-Locking Systems

Doors interlocking is used to control the entry of persons to a secure area such as a clean room, where dust or small particles may be a problem. One rule is composed of at least two doors and only one door can be opened simultaneously.

Control Valves

A control valve regulates the rate of fluid flow as the position of the valve plug or disk is changed by an actuator. Control valves are used to maintain a process variable as close as possible to the desired set point.

Sensors

Pharmaceutical sensors cover a wide range of applications from oxygen, CO2 and pH determination to conductivity and turbidity measures. The method of detection for a given measure will vary depending on the probe or sensor.

Clean Room

The primary responsibility of a cleanroom or controlled environment is to have superior contamination control. Cleaning contaminants is critical for the uniqueness of these environments and the end-user of these products. Staying true to the standards for these facilities, ELIGO comes in prepared to create an audit-ready space.

Indicators

Indicators in the pharmaceutical industry are quantifiable metrics that track and assess the performance of a company's processes, services, or products. These should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.

Data Loggers 21CFR

A data logger is an instrument that monitors and records changes in conditions over time. They can be single, stand-alone units or consist of multiple channels. Most stand-alone units are battery-powered.
